Our design standard

We design for keyboard operation, visible focus, screen-reader structure, sufficient color contrast, descriptive errors, reduced motion, and touch targets of at least 44 pixels.

Continuous testing

Shared components receive automated accessibility checks, while critical customer journeys require full-page keyboard, screen-reader, zoom, contrast, and responsive verification before release.

Need another format?

Support channels must accommodate accessibility requests and provide booking or policy information in an alternative format when reasonably possible.
