Marketplace role
Bring A Chef connects households with independently operated culinary professionals and provides matching, scheduling, payment, trust, and support tools.
Household responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate allergy, dietary, kitchen, access, and booking information and maintain a safe, respectful working environment.
Pricing and groceries
Chef service fees, estimated grocery costs, platform fees, cancellation terms, and optional tips are disclosed before confirmation. Grocery reimbursements are pass-through costs supported by receipt review.
Trust and conduct
Screening and verification reduce risk but cannot guarantee outcomes. Reports may be investigated, access may be restricted, and payouts may be held when a serious incident requires review.
