Your home information stays purpose-limited

Bring A Chef is designed to share household information only when it is needed to match, plan, and complete a service safely.

This is a pre-launch product notice. Counsel-approved disclosures, retention periods, state-specific rights, and provider details are required before production launch.

Information used for service

Account details, household food preferences, allergy rules, service-area information, booking history, messages, payments, receipts, reviews, and support reports are used to operate the marketplace.

Address privacy

Chefs can use an approximate area during matching. The exact address is released only after a confirmed booking, within an operational access window, and sensitive access is logged.

Restricted information

Background-check details, identity documents, private household notes, and payment credentials are restricted by role and operational need. Card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by Bring A Chef.

Choices and requests

Customers should be able to review and correct profile information and, before launch, receive documented export and deletion request paths subject to legal and safety retention duties.
